Pierpont Communications Announces Leadership Promotions in Austin Office

Pierpont recently announced the promotions of two senior executives in Austin. Allison Murray was named Vice President and General Manager, and Christine Rashman was promoted to Vice President. Murray will oversee strategy, business development and operations for Pierpont’s Austin office, and Rashman will further expand Pierpont’s retail practice.

Murray joined Pierpont in 2019 after more than a decade in various roles at global public relations firms. Since joining Pierpont, Murray has led multiple client engagements and grown the firm’s robust roster of technology, energy and healthcare clients. She also serves as a crisis communications expert, bringing deep experience in reputation management and incident response to Pierpont’s clients. Within the firm, Murray spearheads Pierpont’s Learning & Development program designed to create continuing education and training opportunities for the firm’s growing staff. 

Rashman joined Pierpont in 2018, bringing with her a passion and expertise for media relations. Rashman has a proven track record of securing high-value media coverage for Pierpont’s clients, managing complex projects and designing highly successful integrated communications campaigns.
