In his Houston Business Journal article “Cyber Crimes Are An Issue That Should Not Be Taken Lightly,” Senior Vice President Chris Jones discusses the unique crisis communications challenges that come with ransomware attacks.

“Cyber-crimes require unique responses compared to many traditional scenarios a company might anticipate in their response plans,” explains Jones in his article. “The best approach is to treat this risk like any other and plan for it, conduct exercises around it, and keep plans current as the nature of the threat continues to evolve.”
