- Generated brand equity for Denham Capital through the creation of a global integrated communications and marketing effort that included digital strategies, advertising, speaking engagements and media relations to regularly engage audiences in the U.S., Latin America, Africa and Asia Pacific.
- Developed a comprehensive media strategy to announce the close of EnCap Energy Transition Fund’s $1.5 billion Energy Transition Fund II. Secured 40 pieces of media coverages in top-tier financial outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Axios and Reuters.
- Launched digital tombstone ads promoting the $1.5 billion-dollar close of EnCap Energy Transition Fund II. The ads generated 1.7 million impressions and received 2,548 clicks.
- Secured top-tier media coverage of the announcement of the formation, and eventual exit, of Broad Reach Power, a private-equity-backed utility-scale storage independent power producer for more than $1.0 billion.
- Announced the formation of Bildmore, an EnCap-backed portfolio company helping project developers and sponsors more efficiently tap into the tax-related incentives under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). Pierpont secured high-profile feature stories announcing Bildmore in the Wall Street Journal, Infrastructure Investor, Power Finance & Risk and Hart Energy, among many others.
- Supported TPG Pace Energy Holdings in the formation of Magnolia Oil & Gas. Pierpont developed a media strategy, messaging, press materials, internal communications and more for the announcement along with building an SEC compliant website and marketing materials.
- Developed and executed a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy for Cresta Fund Management that helped solidify the position of the firm as a major player in the sustainable and conventional investment space.
