Sally is an expert counselor and strategist, in public relations, crisis and reputation management, corporate communications, and marketing. Sally has created innovative and successful campaigns in the areas of financial and professional services, healthcare, manufacturing, non-profit and retail have won numerous awards, recognitions and placements in top-tier publications and broadcast outlets. She has also served as company liaison to various regulatory bodies to resolve customer concerns.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Pierpont, Sally worked for Reliant Energy where her areas of responsibility included public relations, communications, customer service and training for employees and sales teams.
Outside of Pierpont, Sally serves on the boards of Boys and Girls Country, Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky, the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and she is a former president and multi-year board member of the Public Relations Society of America Houston Chapter. Sally is also on the advisory board of the Women’s Global Leadership Conference in Energy. She was honored as the 2019 Legacy Award winner of the Public Relations Society of America Houston Chapter and is an active community and church volunteer. Sally received her Bachelor of Science degree in education from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
